The cheapest hotel rooms in Seattle are in downtown Seattle and the Sea-Tac airport, both within a 20-minute walk of the city center.
There are also some of Seattle’s most expensive hotels.
According to TripAdvisor, the city’s most affordable hotel in Seattle in 2017 was the Sea Tower.
That hotel cost $2.6 million, but the average per-person rate was $3,066.
There is also a two-bedroom, one-bathroom room for just $1.1 million, and a four-bedroom one-bedroom hotel for $2 million.
The Seattle area is also the home to several expensive shopping malls.
